Pumpkin Pecan Bread

Ingredients

Flour 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Eggs 4
Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Canned pumpkin 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2) To a bowl, mix together the flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

3) Add sugar and stir to mix thoroughly.

4) Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and the oil, eggs, water and pumpkin, together.

5) Mix well and add the nuts.

7) Pour batter into four loaf pans, filling each 1/2 full.

MAKING

8) Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.

SERVING

9) Serve warm during snack time.
