|Grated lemon rind||1 1/2 Teaspoon (Rind Grated From 2 Lemons)|
|Sesame seeds||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy flour||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk powder||1 1/2 Tablespoon (Or 2 Tablespoon Instant Milk Powder)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Juice Extracted From 1 Lemon)|
Beat the oil and honey until they are blended; beat in the eggs, lemon juice, and rind.
Stir the dry ingredients together and then stir them into the first mixture.
Bake in a small oiled loaf pan (preferably smaller than 5" x 9") 'at 350°F for 45 minutes, until-a tester comes out clean.
Combine the lemon juice and honey for the topping, heating it if your honey has crystallized; pour this over the warm loaf when it comes out of the oven. You may poke several holes with a toothpick first, if you like; this will make it soak in more.
Cool for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan.
