Lemon Sesame Bread

Ingredients

For cake
Oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Honey 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Eggs 2
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Juice Extracted From One Lemon)
Grated lemon rind 1 1/2 Teaspoon (Rind Grated From 2 Lemons)
Sesame seeds 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Whole wheat flour
Soy flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Milk powder 1 1/2 Tablespoon (Or 2 Tablespoon Instant Milk Powder)
Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
For topping
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Juice Extracted From 1 Lemon)
Honey 3 Tablespoon

Directions

Beat the oil and honey until they are blended; beat in the eggs, lemon juice, and rind.

Stir the dry ingredients together and then stir them into the first mixture.

Bake in a small oiled loaf pan (preferably smaller than 5" x 9") 'at 350°F for 45 minutes, until-a tester comes out clean.

Combine the lemon juice and honey for the topping, heating it if your honey has crystallized; pour this over the warm loaf when it comes out of the oven. You may poke several holes with a toothpick first, if you like; this will make it soak in more.

Cool for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan.
