This Cheesy Garlic Bread is loaded with a super garlic compound butter and topped with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. It's great alone or you can serve it with a hot marinara sauce.

Extra virgin olive oil/Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Salted butter | 1 Pound ((At room temperature)) | |
Fresh thyme | 1 1/2 Tablespoon , finely chopped | |
Fresh basil | 1 1/2 Tablespoon , finely chopped | |
Flat leaf parsley | 1 Tablespoon , finrly chopped | |
Dried oregano | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Salt & pepper | To Taste | |
All purpose seasoning | To Taste ((Grand diamond)) | |

French bread loaf | 1 ((French Baguette, Sour Dough, etc.)) | |
Shredded mozzarella cheese | 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
Fresh grated parmesan cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) |
MAKING
1. Squeeze roasted garlic in a bowl of softened butter.
2. Drop in chopped basil, chopped parsley, chopped thyme and dried roegano along with chopped garlic to the same bowl.
3. Season with salt and black pepper and gd seasonings.
4. Spread a thick layer of this compound butter over the french bread.
5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese followed by mozzarella cheese over the bread.
6. Toast it uncovered at 375 F for 35 minutes or until the cheese melts properly.
SERVING
7. Serve the cheese garli bread with marinara sauce or all by itself and enjoy.
