Mashed ripe banana | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (3 nos) | |
Brown sugar | 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
Soft butter | 6 Tablespoon | |
Eggs | 2 | |
Plain yogurt/Buttermilk | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chopped pecans | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (optional) |
GETTING READY:
1.Preheat the oven to 350F.
2.Grease a baking dish and keep it ready.
MAKING:
3.In a bowl, combine all purpose flour, baking soda, salt and mix well.
4.Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs, mashed banana and mix well.
5.Add buttermilk, vanilla and mix well.
6.Add flour mixture, pecans and fold in the ingredients.
7.Transfer to loaf pan and pop into oven.
8.Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
9.Once done, allow to cool for 5-10 minutes on rack and cut into slices.
