Home-made bread with olive oil dip.


For the bread
Water 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Olive oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1 Tablespoon
Pastry flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Gluten flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Yeast 1 Teaspoon
For the dip
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
Basil 1 Pinch
Black pepper 1 Pinch
Salt 1 Pinch



In a breadmaker tin, pour water, oil, brown sugar and salt.

In a bowl, mix together whole wheat flour, pastry flour and gluten flour and put it in the tin.

Add yeast in the middle of the flour.

Cook it in bread machine for about 3 hours 35 minutes.

Take out bread loaf.

For the dip - In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, basil, black pepper and salt.


Cut the bread into pieces and serve with olive oil dip.


You can use it to make toast or croutons.
