Semolina | 1 Teaspoon | |
Oil | 2 Dash (For greasing) | |
Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

Grated mozzarella | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
GETTING READY
1. Grease a baking sheet with oil and dust with semolina.
MAKING
2. Roll the pizza dough to a rectangle. Lay over the prepared tray.
3. In a bowl, mix together butter and garlic powder. Brush the pizza dough with this mixture.
4. Sprinkle some parmesan and top with mozzarella cheese.
5. Bake until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
