Jalapeno Chedder Biscuit

These Jalapeno Chedder Biscuits are 3.1 Net carbs each.

Ingredients

Almond flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Minced jalapeno/Small pepper 1 Tablespoon (seed and vain removed)
Cubed cheddar cheese 2 Ounce
Eggs 3 , beaten
Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
Cooking spray 2 Dash

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a muffin top pan with cooking spray and set aside.

MAKING

2. In a large bowl, add in the almond flour, baking powder, and garlic powder, salt and cheddar cheese; mix together.

3. Add in the Jalapeno peppers, followed by the cubed cheddar.

4. Pour in the egg to the mixture and stir well, followed by the melted butter. Place the batter into the prepared muffin top pan.

5. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

SERVING

6. Serve the biscuits with sausages.
