Tango Bay Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients

Bisquick baking mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cold water 1 3/4 Cup (28 tbs)
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Butter 4 Tablespoon
Tango spice blend 2 Teaspoon (Rome is burning blend)

Directions

GETTING READY:

1) In a large bowl, combine the bisquick mix along with cheddar cheese and cold water.

2 Combine the ingredients well so that they turn into a smooth paste. You can use your hands or a spatula to this. It is not necessary that the cheese is mushed into the paste.

3) In a small microwave safe bowl combine the butter and the tango spice blend. Heat it in the microwave until the butter melts.

MAKING:

4) On a baking tray lined with foil and place a big scoop of the cheddar bisquick mix on the tray.

5) Brush the bisquick scoops with some butter mixed with the tango spice blend and bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes or more depending on your oven and when the biscuits become golden brown.

SERVING:

6) Serve warm with your favorite main dishes and these go great with hot soups and mash potatoes too and enjoy!
