Magical Mayonnaise Biscuits

Betty demonstrates how to make Magical Mayonnaise Biscuits. This is an interesting and tasty alternative to typical biscuits.

Ingredients

Self rising flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
Butter 2 Teaspoon ((or to taste)) (Optional)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a large mixing bowl, add flour, milk, and mayonnaise. Mix well. Do not over stir.

2. Grease 9 muffin tins, and spoon batter equally in it.

3. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

MAKING

4. Place muffin tins in oven, and bake for about 14 minutes .

5. Turn your oven to broil and bake for another 2 minutes or until they begin to brown. Remove from oven and transfer it to a plate.

FINALIZING

6. Cut hot biscuits into half, and put some butter in the middle. Cove with other half and let the butter melt.

SERVING

7. Serve magical mayonnaise biscuits immediately.

TIPS

You can use skim milk, but these biscuits are tastier with 2% or whole milk.

Use full fat mayonnaise to make it tastier and rich in flavor.
