Rice Biscuits

Ground rice 1/2 Pound
Butter 1/4 Pound
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sugar 1/2 Pound
Nutmeg powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste



1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2) Lightly grease a baking tray.


3) In a bowl, blend together butter and flour until light.

4) Whisk in the sugar, salt dissolved in a little water, nutmeg powder and milk.

5) Using hand knead to make a stiff dough.

6) Divide the dough into two and roll out each into biscuit thickness.

7) Using biscuit cutter, cut out circles of desired size.

8) Arrange the biscuits on a tray and bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.


9) Serve as desired.
