Betty's Dog Biscuits for Remy

Betty demonstrates how to make Dog Biscuits for the family dog, Remy. These are peanut butter flavored Remy loves them!


Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Old fashioned oats
Milk powder 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (non
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Crunchy peanut butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Honey/Light corn syrup 1 Ounce
Egg 1
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



In a large bowl, stir together flour, oats, milk powder, and salt. 

Add peanut butter, corn syrup or honey, egg, and water. 

Beat on low speed of an electric mixer until a dough forms. 

Remove dough from bowl and flatten to approximately 3 inches wide. 

Place dough on lightly floured piece of parchment paper. Sprinkle a small amount of flour over top. 

Place a second piece of parchment paper over top of dough. 

Use a rolling pin to roll dough into a rectangle that is about 3 inches by 15 inches. Cut into 10 “dog bones” that are each 3 inches by 1 ½ inches. 

Place uncooked dog biscuits on a pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone pad. Bake at 300 degrees (F) for about 50 minutes. 


Transfer to cooling rack and cool completely before giving to your dog.
