Dry aged Beef Ribs - English Grill and BBQ

A simple, yet wonderful recipe to meet your cravings of aged dried beef.


Dried aged beef rack 3 Pound , trimmed of skin
Cherry chipotle barbecue sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
For the rub
Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
Barbecue rub 6 Tablespoon (Texas Style)
Peppercorns 1 Tablespoon , crushed



1. Prepare the rub by mixing together texas style barbecue rub, ground peppercorns and brown Sugar. Set it aside.

2. Spread the rub all over the beef and let it rest for a couple of hours.

3. Prepare the grill for indirect heat using deflector plate.


4. Put the beef on the grill and let it cook with the lid on for around 3 hours.

5. Smoke it for another hour. Thereafter, spread with your barbecue sauce.

6. Let it rest for another half an hour, off the grill and then spread another round of sauce over the beef.


7. Slice the ribs and serve on a serving dish.
