Beef Sirloin Kebobs

This video is a part of a 4th of July potluck.

Ingredients

Beef sirloin steaks 1 1/2 Pound , cubed (into 3/4 inch cubes)
Herbs de provence 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Extra virgin olive oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , divided
All purpose seasoning 2 Teaspoon (Grand Diamond)
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , mince
Red bell pepper 1 Medium , dice (cut into 1 inch pieces)
Yellow bell pepper 1 Medium , dice (cut into 1 inch pieces)
Red onion 1/2 Large , dice (cut into 1 inch pieces)
Cherry tomatoes 8
Fresh thyme 1 Tablespoon
Aged balsamic vinegar 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Black pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the grill over medium high heat and brush or spray the grill with oil or cooking spray.

2. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

3. In a bowl combine the beef cubes, herbs de provence, ¼ cup of olive oil, grand diamond all purpose seasoning, and garlic. Mix well.

4. Allow it to marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.

MAKING

5. In another bowl combine red and yellow pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes, ¼ cup of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, kosher salt, black pepper and thyme.

6. Using a slotted spoon, take some of the vegetables from the vegetable bowl and put them into the bowl of beef, this will avoid cross contamination.

7. Once done skewer the beef cubes and the vegetables on the wooden skewers as per the desired pattern.

8. Transfer the excess vegetable dressing in a small bowl.

9. Baste the dressing on the kebobs.

10. Once the grill is ready place the kebobs on the grill and grill for 3-4 minutes 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare; 6 to 7 minutes on each side for medium; 9 to 10 minutes on each side for medium-well

SERVING

11. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
