This Christmas eve I made a brisket and a baked potato casserole. I was inspired to do a brisket after returning from Dallas and having eaten several brisket sandwiches. I also did a bbq sauce that I noted the recipe from a TV show. I think it was BBQ Paradise on the Travel channel but not sure. I had written down a few notes from it and try to research the rest of it. It turned out really good for brisket.
