Tri Tip roast grilled on my Big Green Egg.

Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |

Ground peppercorns | 1 1/2 Tablespoon (black and white mixed) | |

Granulated garlic | To Taste | |
Paprika | To Taste | |

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, whisk together oil and Worcestershire sauce.
2. In a ziplock bag, place the tri-tip and pour oil mixture in it. Massage to coat well. Seal and pop it in refrigerator to marinade for 2 hours.
3. For rub, in a bowl combine kosher salt, ground peppercorn, onion powder, granulated garlic, paprika, and cayenne. Mix well.
4. Remove the meat from marinade and pat it dry with paper towel.
5. Generously apply rub on meat and set aside.
6. Preheat grill to high.
MAKING
7. Place meat on direct heat and let it sear for about 3 minutes per side.
8. Remove meat from grill and loosely tent it with foil.
9. Place plate setter and reduce the temperature of grill to 350 degree F. Place the meat in indirect flame, cover and cook for about 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 125 degree for medium rare.
10. Remove from grill and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
SERVING
11. Slice it against the grain and serve hot.
TIPS
If cooking on Weber, flip meat after 15 minutes.
