Best Rib Eye Steak, Restaurant Style

The Perfect Steak isn't magic. But it sure tastes magical when you eat one. Here's how. This one came out medium-medium well. For a Medium Rare steak, reduce the oven time to 8 minutes.


Rib eye steak 500 Gram
Kosher salt 2 Pinch



1. Preheat oven at 450 degree.

2. Preheat a pan for 2 minute prior to cooking the steak.


3. Brown the steak for two minute on each side and then place the pan in the preheated oven and cook the steak for 12 minutes.

4. Place the steak on a plate and cover it with another plate on top and let it rest for 5 minutes.


5. Serve it with mashed potatoes and tossed veggies.
