Fried Cauliflower and Beef or Pork's picture

Cauliflower 1 Small , thinly sliced
Pork steak/Rump steak 1/2 Pound , thinly sliced
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Chinese soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Flour 1/2 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Chicken bouillon cube 1/2



1) In a bowl, place the meat with soy sauce, flour and leave to soak for a 15 minutes.

2) In a non-stick pan, heat oil and fry the cauliflower for about 15 minutes.

3) Stir in the chicken cube and a little water.

4) Place the cauliflower on the serving plate,

5) In a same pan, heat oil, garlic and saute the meat with soy sauce, for about 15 minutes.


6) Spoon the meat and the gravy over the cauliflower, garnish with chopped scallions if desired.
