Pot Roast With Vegetables Added

Ingredients

Chuck pot roast 3 Pound
Gravy mix/Flour 5/8 Ounce (1 Package)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt 3/4 Teaspoon
Bay leaf 1
Carrots 4 Medium , sliced
Onions 2 Medium , sliced
Potatoes 2 Large , cut into 1/2 inch cubes

Directions

MAKING

1. In 12x8-inch glass dish, coat roast on both sides with gravy mix or flour and add water, salt and bay leaf.

2. Microwave (high), covered, 10 minutes, rotate and turn roast over.

3. Microwave medium at 50%, covered for about 35-40 minutes.

4. Add carrots, onions and potatoes.

5. Microwave medium (50%), covered, 35-40 minutes.

6. Let it rest, covered for about 15-20 minutes.

SERVING

7. To serve, slice diagonally across grain of meat.
