Ingredients

Potatoes 1 1/2 Quart , finely diced (winch cubes) raw
All purpose flour
Salad oil/Butter 2 Tablespoon
Bacon drippings 2 Tablespoon
Onion 2 Medium , very finely diced
Beef 1 1/2 Quart , medium diced (about 1/4

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Take the potato cubes and drain them. Sprinkle little flour over the potatoes and keep aside.

MAKING

2) Take a pan and heat the bacon drippings and oil.

3) Add the potatoes and brown them on low heat.

4) Add sliced onions, beef, salt and pepper.

SERVING

5) Serve the dish immediately.
