Microwave Ground Beef Patties

Ingredients

Lean ground beef 1 Pound
Brown gravy mix 1 1/2 Ounce

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Shape the meat into patties using hand. Make them about ¾ inches thick.

2. Roll them in dry gravy mix to coat all sides properly.

MAKING

3. Arrange coated patties in a baking dish and wrap it with wax paper.

4. Cook on ROAST (7) for about 5-6 minutes by turning the dish atleast once during the cooking time.

SERVING

5. Serve the ground beef patties hot with a dipping sauce.
