Easy Beef Hash

Ingredients

Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped
Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped
Butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs) , cooked and diced
Beef 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , cooked and diced
Brown gravy mix 1 , prepared according to package directions (Lawry's)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F

MAKING

2. In a large skillet, melt the butter.

3. Add the onion and celery and sauté them until soft and golden.

4. Add potatoes and beef to the skillet and sauté for another 5 minutes until well blended.

5. Turn the hash mixture into a casserole or baking dish.

6. Pour the prepared gravy on top, spreading it evenly.

7. Bake uncovered in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

SERVING

8. Take the dish straight to the table and serve the easy beef hash while hot.
