Brisket 1
Boneless beef brisket 1
Celery salt To Taste
Garlic salt To Taste
Liquid smoke 2 Ounce
Liquid smoke seasoning 2 Ounce
Cooking sauce 8 Ounce (1 Bottle, Woody's)



1. Sprinkle brisket roast with celery salt and garlic salt, rub with liquid smoke, seal in foil and refrigerate overnight

2. Without opening, bake the brisket roast at 275°F for four hours; open foil, swab with Woody's Cooking sauce

3. Seal it once more and bake for another hour at the same temperature


4. Slice on the bias and serve with the juice
