Ingredients

Brisket 4 Pound (1 Piece)
For marinade
Liquid smoke 2 Tablespoon
Celery seed 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
Garlic onion salt 1/2 Tablespoon
Freshly ground pepper 1 Tablespoon

Directions

Wrap in heavy foil.

Bake at 300° for 4 hours.

Open and baste with Bar-B-Q sauce and continue baking for 1 hour.
