Crock Pot Beef Chili

If you love chili, then you would also like the idea of spending the minimum amount of time and effort for preparing this cuisine. This is possible only when you use the slow-cooking method in a crockpot. Place all the ingredients and set your crockpot on low, when you return home you can smell the aroma of freshly cooked chili. Ingredients

Ground beef 1 Pound
Black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon , ground
Dried oregano 3/4 Teaspoon
Dried basil 3/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Chili powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Cannellini beans 15 Ounce , with liquid ((1 can))
Kidney beans 15 Ounce , with liquid ((1 can))
Tomato puree 28 Ounce ((1 can))
Garlic clove 2 Large , minced
Green bell pepper 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , diced
Celery 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , diced
Onion 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , diced
Hot pepper sauce 1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1) In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.

2) In a slow cooker, transfer the browned ground beef and add onion, celery, green bell pepper, garlic, tomato puree, kidney beans, and cannellini beans.

3) Season with chili powder, salt, basil, oregano, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce.

4) Cover the slow cooker and for cook 8 hours on Low.

SERVING

5) Serve the beef chili with tortilla chips, rice or as desired.
