Frizzled Beef

Frizzled beef is a butter cooked beef recipe. Prepared with milk and seasoned to taste, the frizzled beef is creamy and can be served with simple steamed veggies and potatoes.


Butter 2 Tablespoon
Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Dried beef 1/4 Pound , shredded
Pepper 1 Dash , freshly ground
Flour 3 Tablespoon


Heat butter in a saucepan, add dried beef, and fry over a moderate heat until edges begin to look crisp.

Sprinkle in flour and continue cooking 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour in milk and cook, still stirring, until mixture bubbles.

Season with a dash of pepper.
