This week I am doing a nice review of my Nesco Gardenmaster Pro Dehydrator Model FD-1010. This is a wonderful dehydrator that makes the BEST jerky I have ever had! It is good for so many other things as well. I am also doing a recipe for New York Italian Style Beef Jerky! It is delicious!

1. Trim and slice your meat to desired length and thickness.

2. Put in bowl and coat with olive oil and set aside.

3. Mix spices together in another bowl and then sprinkle onto a plate.

4. Set up your dehydrator.

5. Take each slice of beef and lightly coat with seasonings on plate.

6. Place each slice neatly in the dehydrator.

7. Once done place lid on unit.
