Crock Pot Barbecue Beef

This recipe combines chuck roast and your favorite beer and bbq sauce to make a yummy sandwich.


Chuck roast 4 Pound
Beer 12 Ounce (1 can or bottle)
Barbecue sauce 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



In a crock pot, combine chuck roast and beer.

Cover with a lid and cook on low setting for 10 hours.

Once done, drain liquid and remove the roast.

Shred the meat with fork and place meat into crock pot again.

In a bowl, combine barbecue sauce, brown sugar and stir well until combined.

Pour over shredded beef and stir well.



Stuff between sandwich, serve and enjoy!
