Ribeye Steak With Jalapeño Butter

Yummy ribeye steak with a coffee rub and jalapeño compound butter. The BEST STEAK RECIPE EVER.

Ingredients

Beef steak 1 Pound (1 inch thick preferably ribeye steak)
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground coffee/Instant coffee powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Jalapeno 1 (jalapeno butter)
Minced cilantro 2 Tablespoon (both leaves and stems used)
Garlic clove 1

Directions

MAKING

1.Combine dry seasonings and rub into steak on both sides.

2.Heat a heavy skillet over high heat. Add steak. Reduce heat to medium.

3.Cook 8 minutes. Turn. Cook an additional 6-9 minutes depending on preference.

4.Remove from skillet and let rest on cutting board for 5-10 minutes.

SERVING:

5.Serve topped with jalapeño butter and a squeeze of lime juice.
