Frog Bone Chili is made with Frog Bone's Fire Roasted Salsa, Caboom Chili seasoning from Cajohn's, ground chuck and kidney beans. A very quick and easy recipe for a delicious chili!
Caboom chili seasoning | 3 Tablespoon , cajohn's | |
Salsa | 16 Ounce (2 jars, frog bone's, fire roasted) | |
Canned kidney beans | 1200 Gram , drained ((1 can per pond of meat)) | |
Ground chuck | 1 Pound ((80/20)) | |
Water | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
Shredded cheese | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((for serving)) | |
Frito chips | 2 Ounce ((for serving)) |
GETTING READY:
Preheat grill.
MAKING:
Heat pot and brown beef in it.
Once done, transfer to a vessel and drain excess fat. Transfer the meat back to pot.
Add salsa and stir well.
Add water, caboom seasoning and stir well.
Cook until meat is done.
Add beans and stir well. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
Top with cheese and fritos before serving.
