Smoked Beef Ribs

Juicy - gooey beef ribs, perfect for winters.

Ingredients

Beef rib 2 Pound
For the rub
Dark brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Coarse kosher salt 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chili powder 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ground pepper 3 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
For the mop sauce
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Apple cider vinegar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Worcestershire sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Olive oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
Cayenne 1 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

Preheat the grill at 250 degrees F.

 

MAKING

For the rub – in a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

Sprinkle the rub over the beef ribs and let it rest for a few minutes.

Place on the grill and cook for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce – in a jar, add in all the ingredients and. Close the jar with a lid and shake well.

Smear the ribs with sauce and grill for 4 hours; while basting the ribs with sauce I between.

 

SERVING

Slice and serve with some green salad.
