ProQ Xoco craftbeer-ribs- A great recipe for Grill and Smoker.
|Beef rib||1 , membranes removed and fat trimmed|
|Beer||330 Milliliter (Mashsee Xoco, 1 bottle)|
|Salt flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped oregano||1 Tablespoon|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
Soak ribs in beer and allow to marinate for 4 hours in refrigerator.
Preheat proQ smoker in indirect setting.
In a small bowl, combine salt and pepper. Mix well.
Dry the rib and sprinkle the spice mixture over it thoroughly.
Hang using hooks and cook in smoker.
Place hickory wood chunks and smoke for 5 hours.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, little beer and oregano.
Baste the meat with butter mixture 2-3 times while smoking.
Serve and enjoy!
