The body coach Joe Wicks is back and today he is showing you how to make a quick healthy stir fry dish with chilli beef and cashew nuts perfect for eating clean.
|Diced beef||16 Ounce|
|Coconut oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Cashew nuts||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Handful)|
|Red pepper||1 , sliced|
|Baby corn||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Handful)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Fresh basil leaves||5 (to Serve)|
Heat coconut oil in wok or frying pan.
Add beef and cook for 2 minutes until it browns.
Add garlic, chilli and fry for 1 minute.
Add red pepper, baby corn, soy sauce and toss well.
Top with cashew and give a good stir. Garnish with basil leaves.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
