Chilli Beef Stir Fry With Cashew Nuts

The body coach Joe Wicks is back and today he is showing you how to make a quick healthy stir fry dish with chilli beef and cashew nuts perfect for eating clean.

Ingredients

Diced beef 16 Ounce
Coconut oil 1 Teaspoon
Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Fresh chilli 1
Cashew nuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Handful)
Red pepper 1 , sliced
Baby corn 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Handful)
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Fresh basil leaves 5 (to Serve)

Directions

MAKING:

Heat coconut oil in wok or frying pan.

Add beef and cook for 2 minutes until it browns.

Add garlic, chilli and fry for 1 minute.

Add red pepper, baby corn, soy sauce and toss well.

Top with cashew and give a good stir. Garnish with basil leaves.

 

SERVING:

Serve with rice and enjoy!
