The body coach Joe Wicks is back and today he is showing you how to make a quick healthy stir fry dish with chilli beef and cashew nuts perfect for eating clean.
Diced beef | 16 Ounce | |
Coconut oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
Cooked rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
Fresh chilli | 1 | |
Cashew nuts | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Handful) | |
Red pepper | 1 , sliced | |
Baby corn | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Handful) | |
Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) | |
Fresh basil leaves | 5 (to Serve) |
MAKING:
Heat coconut oil in wok or frying pan.
Add beef and cook for 2 minutes until it browns.
Add garlic, chilli and fry for 1 minute.
Add red pepper, baby corn, soy sauce and toss well.
Top with cashew and give a good stir. Garnish with basil leaves.
SERVING:
Serve with rice and enjoy!
