I have always wanted to make jerky out on the grill but was unsure how my grills would be able to hold a low temp for a long period. But now with my new Traeger grill it was easy.

Ingredients

Beef 2 Pound , sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
For marinade
Worcestershire sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Teriyaki sauce 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Liquid smoke flavoring 3 Teaspoon
Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Onion powder 4 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 2 Teaspoon
Cayenne powder 1 Teaspoon
Black pepper 4 Teaspoon
Sea salt 1 Tablespoon
Red pepper flakes 1 1/4 Tablespoon
Brown sugar 4 Tablespoon
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Maple syrup 1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

For marinating - In a large bowl, add in all the ingredients and stir well.

Add in the beef slices and let it marinade overnight.

Next day, preheat the grill.

MAKING

Take out the beef slices and place on a rack. Place that rack over the grill and let it cook for 5 hours; in between turn the slices to cook thoroughly.

SERVING

Serve with your favorite sandwich.
