A delicious and easy recipe for making Maple Bourbon Beef Back Ribs on a smoker, or on your grill as I show in this video.

Beef back ribs 3 Pound
Mustard 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((For Rub))
Beef rub 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((Kirbbq / Of your choice))
Margarine 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) ((Parkay))
Maple bourbon sauce
100% maple syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Bourbon 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Light brown sugar 2 Tablespoon

1. Rub mustard all over the ribs. Coat it with kirbbq rub generously.

2. Prepare the grill for indirect heat in snake method. Bring up the temperature to 225 F.

3. Place a drip pan filled with 50% water and 50% apple cider vinegar in the grill. Arrange the rib rack over indirect heat on the grill grates. Lower the lid and continue to cook the ribs at 225 F for an hour.

4. Squueze parkay margarine generously over the ribs every half an hour for a total period of 4 hours.

5. To prepare maple bourbon sauce, take maple syrup in a pot. Heat it up. Add boubon, light brown sugar and vanilla extract to the pot. Continue to cook for about 10 minutes, until the alcohol burns away. Remove from heat.

6. Baste the ribs with maple bourbon sauce and cook for another 20 minutes or until done.

7. Place the ribs on an aluminium foil and wrap them up. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.

8. Slice and serve the ribs. Enjoy.
