Baked Beans with Spareribs

Ingredients

Pinto beans 1 Pound
Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Beef short ribs 4 Pound
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Onion 4 Medium , chopped
Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 can)
Brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
Salt 2 Teaspoon
Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
Liquid smoke 2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Soak beans overnight

2. In a dutch oven put beans and water.

MAKING

3. In a skillet, heat oil.

4. Cook ribs in it, until well browned.

5. Remove ribs and set aside.

6. In the same oil, saute onions, until tender.

7. Add undrained beans to it.

8. Add remaining ingredients except boiling water.

9. Top with ribs.

10. Cover the dish.

11. Simmer 2 1/2 to 4 hours until beans are tender.

12. Keep adding boiling water occasionally if needed, keeping in mind that the beans are moist but not soupy.

SERVING

13. Serve baked beans with spareribs immediately.
