Quick Chili Bean Tacos

Ingredients

Ground beef 1 Pound
Chopped green pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cooked kidney beans/Cooked pinto beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Lettuce 1 , shredded
English muffins 6 , split, toasted, and buttered
Shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Topping)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a pan brown meat.

2. Remove meat from pan.

3. In the remaining fat in pan, cook green pepper and onion.

4. Drain off fat.

5. Stir in chili powder and mayonnaise.

6. Heat through and add meat and beans, mixing well.

7. Place lettuce on toasted muffins and spoon on beef-bean mixture.

SERVING

8. Serve quick London chili beans tacos with sprinkled cheese on top.
