Bear Roast

Lemon 1 , juiced
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon
Herbs 1 Tablespoon (as per choice)
Bear roast 4 Pound
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garlic salt To Taste
Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
Oregano 1/2 Teaspoon
Thyme 1/2 Teaspoon
Basil 1/2 Teaspoon



1)Marinate roast overnight in lemon juice,salt,pepper,garlic and herbs.


2)Preheat oven to 325 degrees

3)In a heavy pot,sear the meat on all sides.

4)Toss in the celery seed,garlic,herbs,salt and pepper.

5)Cover and cook in oven slowly for upto 3 hours.

6)Remove the drippings and skim the fat.


7)Slice meat and serve with sauce.
