Ingredients

Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Crunchy peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Carob powder 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sunflower seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sesame seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Wheat germ 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Soy granules 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Almond extract 1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a bowl, take honey and peanut butter. Beat it well with a wooden spoon until it liquidizes.

2. Add dry ingredients and knead it into dough. Dough will be sticky, stiff and hard to mix.

3. Make small balls about the size of walnut from the dough. Roll it between your palms to smoothen it and make it shiny.

4. Store it in the refrigerator.

SERVING

5. To serve Carob Confections, first bring it to room temperature.
