Marinated Kidney Beans

Ingredients

Red kidney beans 15 Ounce (1 Can)
Finely chopped onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1/8 Teaspoon
Sugar 1/8 Teaspoon
Pepper 1 Dash
Red wine vinegar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a medium-sized bowl add beans and their liquid.

2. Add onion, salt, sugar, pepper, and vinegar. Mix well.

3. Cover and chill for 24 hours.

4. Drain out from liquid.

SERVING

5. Serve as an appetizer or on a relish tray in lettuce cups, sprinkled with parsley.
