Ingredients

Frozen bananas 2
Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Carob 2 Tablespoon
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Vanilla 1 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Put the bananas inside the freezer for overnight.

MAKING

2) In your food processor, add all the ingredients and blend to prepare a smooth mixture.

SERVING

3) Serve by sprinkling a pinch of nutmeg.
