Bittersweet chocolate chips 10 Ounce
White chocolate chips 10 Ounce ((the real stuff))
Peppermint oil 1 Teaspoon , divided
Candy canes 6 Ounce , crushed with a rolling pin ((12 large))

2. Add ½ teaspoon of peppermint oil and mix well.

3. Onto a silicone surface or parchment paper, pour the melted chocolate. Shake the pan from side to side to let the chocolate smooth and flatten out. Place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to let the chocolate harden.

4.Melt the white chocolate, add ½ teaspoon of peppermint oil, mix and pour it over the hardened bittersweet chocolate, then shake the pan from side to side to flatten out.

5. Sprinkle crushed candy canes over top and pop in freezer for 5 minutes or until completely hardened.

6. Break into wedges and serve.
