Cherry, Fig and Almond Breakfast Bar

The cherry and almond bars are very crunchy and has the goodness of nuts and dried fruits. It gives instant energy and is filling at the same time. It is very simple and easy to make.


Honey 2 Tablespoon
Chopped almonds 1 Tablespoon
Coconut oil 4 Tablespoon
Chopped cherries 1 Tablespoon (fresh/ dried)
Peanut butter 3 Tablespoon
Porridge oats 280 Gram
Chopped dried figs 2 Tablespoon
Ground flax seeds 3 Tablespoon
Ground almonds 1 Tablespoon



1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.


2. In a pan melt honey, peanut butter and coconut oil. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well till combined.

3. Pour it into the baking tin and bake for around 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool before cutting into bars.


4. Serve these bars as breakfast or can be enjoyed as snack also.
