Homemade No-Bake Granola Bars

I made these homemade granola bars for a quick afternoon snack for Isaac (although my hubby ate most of them smh) I've been using this recipe for years and haven't strayed from it yet! It produces that firm and chewy granola bar that I just love! It's super easy to customize with your favorite add-ins and it's even good just plain. Best of all you'll only need a few simple ingredients!


Butter 4 Tablespoon
Honey 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , packed
Peanut butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Quick cooking oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Rice crips cereals 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
M n m candy 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs) , melted (to drizzle) (Optional)
