Ingredients

Apricots 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
Dates 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
Figs 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
Sultanas 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
Sunflower seeds 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
Hazelnuts 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
Porridge oats 4 Ounce (110 Gram)
Lemon juice 150 Milliliter (1
Concentrated apple juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to gas mark 4, 180°C (350°F).

MAKING

2. Finely chop or mince fruit and nuts.

3. In a bowl combine with other ingredients.

4. Lightly grease an 18 cm x 18 cm (7 in x 7 in) square tin.

5. Press the mixture into it.

6. Bake for 15 minutes.

SERVING

7. Cut into slices when warm.
