A quick and yummy way to start the morning. You can use your imagination to add other dried fruits, sesame seed, or other nuts, wheat germ, etc. Maple syrup or light corn syrup, honey can work as sweetener substitutes for the sugar, but texture may vary, mostly chewy with liquid sweetener. I also love the kick of spices in these bars so I add all-spice seasoning.

Instant oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Brown sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Chocolate chip 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Dried fruit and nuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , ground (can include seeds)
White chocolate chip 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , melted
