Back to School Recipes - After School Snack Bar

Quick and easy after school snack recipe for busy moms which can be made on the weekend for school days. These easy home made bars are healthy and tasty.

Ingredients

Frozen banana 1
Walnuts 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Cashews 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Quick cooking oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pitted dates 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Shredded unsweeted coconut 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a large bowl, mix all these ingredients.

2. Bake them at 350 F for 30 mins in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

SERVING

3. Slice and serve.
