Home Made LCMs / Marshmallow Bubble Bars are a delicious treat, perfect for kids parties or an occasional lunchbox snack. Puffed rice cereal is combined with melted marshmallows and butter. Pressed into a pan and topped with melted white chocolate and candies, these gorgeous little bars only need to be chilled before serving - give it a go!
|White marshmallows||200 Gram|
|Puffed rice cereal||5 Cup (80 tbs) (225g)|
|Unsalted butter||100 Gram|
|White chocolate||50 Gram , melted|
|Candy coated chocolate bits||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (like Mini M&Ms)|
Line baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine marshmallows, butter and microwave for 60 seconds until melted.
In another bowl, combine rice cereal with melted marshmallow mixture.
Transfer to baking dish and spread well.
Top with melted white chocolate and mini candies.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Cut into desired size pieces.
Serve and enjoy!
