Butter | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , melted | |
Ripe banana | 4 , peeled, sliced | |
Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
Firmly packed light brown sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
Table salt | 1 Dash | |
For garnish | ||
Vanilla ice cream/Reddi | wip whipped topping |
MAKING
1. In a medium sized skillet, melt butter over low flame.
2. Add banana slices and sprinkle with lemon juice and brown sugar.
3. Add a dash of salt and cook over low heat, until just golden and fork tender, stirring lightly.
SERVING
4. Serve over vanilla ice cream or with some reddi- wip on top.
