Betty's Luscious Fried Bananas

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Luscious Fried Bananas. Flavored with brown sugar and butter, the bananas are transformed into a side dish or dessert you won't want to miss!


Butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , melted
Ripe banana 4 , peeled, sliced
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Firmly packed light brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
Table salt 1 Dash
For garnish
Vanilla ice cream/Reddi wip whipped topping



1. In a medium sized skillet, melt butter over low flame.

2. Add banana slices and sprinkle with lemon juice and brown sugar.

3. Add a dash of salt and cook over low heat, until just golden and fork tender, stirring lightly.


4. Serve over vanilla ice cream or with some reddi- wip on top.
