Banana Coffee Cream

Egg 1
Sugar 4 Tablespoon , divided
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Instant coffee 4 Teaspoon
Skimmed milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
Cold water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Banana 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , mashed
Vanilla 1 1/2 Teaspoon



1. On top of a double broiler, put together egg and yolk; beat lightly.

2. In a small bowl, mix together salt, coffee and 3 tablespoons of sugar; add to the egg mixture and stir to mix.

3. Stir in milk and reduce heat to low; cook for 15-20 minutes with constant stirring until mixture begins to thicken.

4. In a bowl, soak gelatine in cold water and stir into the egg mixture.


5. Refrigerate mixture until it starts to thicken.

6. Add banana and vanilla; stir to mix well.

7. In another bowl, using a hand mixer, beat egg white until soft peaks are formed.

8. Add remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar and beat.

9. Add egg white to slightly thickened pudding and fold to mix.

10. Into 6 individual molds, pour equal quantity of mixture and chill until completely form.


11. Unmold Banana Coffee Cream in individual dessert plates and serve chilled.
