In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make a Green Onion and Bacon Cheese Ball. Green onion and bacon make a good taste combination however, it you would like to change it up, you could substitute 1 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese in place of the bacon and have a Green Onion and Cheddar Cheese Ball. Either is great during the holiday season!

Neufchatel cheese 8 Ounce , softened (or cream cheese)
Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Crisp bacon 30 Gram , crumbled (4 slices)
Green onion 2 , slice (or more (only green parts))

1. In a medium sized bowl, add Neufchatel cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. With a fork, mix well.

2. Drop bacon, and sliced green onion. Mix to incorporate.

3. Pop the bowl in refrigerator until cheese holds its shape.

4. Take the mixture out of the refrigerator and roll it into ball.

5. Garnish cheese balls with green onion, and serve with bread, crackers or vegetable.

You can cover cheese balls with plastic wrap and store it in refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Add green onion to your taste.
